Do we need to know which product we want?

No. Start with the business problem, risk or operational concern. We clarify the current situation and recommend only the measures that fit your priorities and environment.

Can Xcellerate help with NIS2, DORA or GDPR?

We help translate applicable requirements into practical controls, responsibilities, evidence and a prioritised improvement plan. Legal responsibility remains with your organisation, and specialist legal advice may still be appropriate.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. We agree roles, escalation paths and decision ownership so your team retains control while gaining specialist capacity where needed.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Round-the-clock support is available under an appropriate support contract. General enquiries receive a personal response during business hours, normally within 24 to 48 business hours.

How does an initial conversation work?

We first discuss what the organisation needs to protect or improve, the impact of the current issue and any deadlines. We then agree whether an assessment, workshop or focused technical next step is useful.
